it seems like i've been taking lots of pictures of it lately. between the BBQ at Thomas's house on the 2nd (girls were in charge of dessert), volunteering for the 10K (cutting fruit for the runners afterwards... it looks good for Sterling Scholar), baking randomly for Mother's day, and just eating, i have a bunch of pictures of food. so i decided to share them.

The batter to my "Purple Velvet Cake"... i didn't have enough red dye, so i had to mix in half blue. It became purple. :)
I even attempted to make icing! It did not work out so well...
